The American Family Association hates gays, so much so that they believe the word “gay” is a fiendish liberal media trick, meant to fool Americans into tolerating, or even (gasp!) accepting gays. So whenever they reprint a story from the Associated Press, they automatically replace the word “gay” with “homosexual”. Which created some problems for them when Tyrone Gay won the 100 meter race at the Olympic trials… Wingnut Self-Pwnage ☀
