Delivered in response to this Paul Craig Roberts quote.

While “white supremacist” might be of an extreme moniker for the web site in question, I certainly do not share the overly nativist sentiments of its publishers. But Paul Craig Roberts has about as much editorial decision making power there as Chris Hedges does on this site. And his syndicated columns do appear in “mainstream media”, such as printed newspapers. Basically, vdare.com is “reblogging” Mr. Roberts, and apparently, he permits the plastering of his words anywhere one wishes to repeat them.

This is a constant refrain — conservative minded disregard any item posted at Huffington Post despite the truth that most of the published material there is just aggregation of unaffiliated columnist fare. Or liberals casting aspersions at right wing sites, based on nothing more than “the source”, without regard to the content of the argument presented, especially when many of the articles are authored by external writers. If you can show that the writer is on the staff of the editorial “board” or receives compensation for the work, then there may be a point. But even then, it might be an instance of genetic fallacy.
