Continued Tumblr Bookmarklet Bugs and Regression

Back in June, the Tumblr bookmarklet was upgraded to include “indent” and “outdent” functions (as well as “insert/edit image” and “spellchecker”).

As of today (or actually yesterday or at some point over the weekend), this feature was rolled back.

Having to hand edit HTML to blockquote cited text should be an unnecessary exercise.

The great allure of using Tumblr has been the drop dead ease of posting as I peruse the Interweb. Lately, the act of Tumblr posting has grown more burdensome. Even worse, unlike previous incidents, when I log these bug reports, the Tumblr gnomes have become uncharacteristically irresponsive.

Yes, I know it’s FREE, but when you pour yourself into your Tumblr, day after day…
