Did you even read the bug account?
It’s not a case of “HTML customization”.
It’s a matter of having edited HTML, via editing a Tumblr post, altered and stripped — tag attributes erroneously removed (though “title” attribute is retained) and other tags superfluously inserted to the detriment of the blog presentation.
It has absolutely nothing to do with theme customization.
