According to the Brits, one US satellite, Saudi Arabia, will allow another, Israel, to bomb the Iranian nuclear power plants and low-grade enrichment facilities that they are allowed to maintain under the Non-Proliferation Treaty. Israel, which refuses to sign the treaty or allow international inspections of its huge nuclear bomb stockpile, is portrayed as the victim as it acts to preserve its WMD monopoly.
